Before joining the PastorServe team, Deborah devoted much of her adult life to ministry within the local church, both nationally and internationally. She served in a variety of roles, including giving leadership to women’s ministries and adult formation. Her experiences across diverse ministry contexts have shaped a deep passion for walking alongside pastors and ministry leaders- offering care, coaching and encouragement as they navigate the unique challenges of ministry.

Deborah has been married to her husband, Randy, for 43 years and together they have five grown children. Outside of work she enjoys the beauty and quiet of nature and time spent with her family.
