Robb is a pastor and coach committed to helping ministry leaders develop resilient, strong, and whole lives. With 22 years of full-time ministry experience, he has served in various roles, including Youth Pastor, NextGen Pastor, Executive Director, Executive Pastor, and Lead Pastor. These experiences have given him a deep appreciation for both the visible demands of leadership and the unseen formation of a leader’s soul.

For nearly ten years, he has served as a certified Spiritual Leadership Coach, guiding pastors and ministry leaders as they build healthy ministries while nurturing their own spiritual growth and personal development. He feels a special concern for leaders who often feel overlooked because of their role, church size, or limited resources. His hope is that no pastor ever feels unseen, unsupported, or alone in their calling.

Robb has a B.A. in Youth and Family Ministry and an M.Div. with a concentration in Christian Education. He is a certified coach through the Center for Advanced Coaching and also holds a Certified Coach credential from Mike Foster’s Primal Question framework.

Robb and his wife, Amy, live in the beautiful state of Maine, known as “Vacationland”, where they are raising their two wonderful children and enjoying life together.
