Leslie Kuest

Leslie Kuest serves as an Area Ministry Leader at PastorServe, where she combines her extensive ministry experience with her training as a life coach to support leaders and their spouses. Leslie is a graduate of Hope International University and has specialized in soul-shepherding to help those in ministry navigate seasons of change. With over 32 years of experience as a pastor’s wife, including the journey of planting a church in Seattle, she brings a wealth of seasoned wisdom and empathy to her role.

Leslie is deeply committed to being a person in the corner for those who give so much of themselves to the Church and often find themselves in need of their own safe place to land. She is passionate about creating a culture of soul-care by offering compassion and a steady presence to those who feel stuck or are discovering new possibilities for their lives. Leslie and her husband, Dean, have been married for 34 years and take great joy in their growing family. This includes five adult sons, four daughters-in-law, and eight beloved grandchildren who know her affectionately as “Lolli.” In her free time, Leslie enjoys reading, fishing, trips to the mountains, and spending time in the Pacific Northwest.
