Adam Reck
Adam has worked in Youth Ministry for 20+ years in both large and small churches. His passion for youth ministry started when he was in High School after he came to know the Lord at a summer camp he was invited to attend with a friend. Throughout the past 20 years, he has learned how to connect with students and their families, as well as the importance of building strong and healthy teams. While working alongside other youth pastors and hearing their challenges in their ministries, Adam’s passion started to change from just focusing on students to also encompassing youth pastors and helping them as a friend, mentor, and now a coach. Adam enjoys teaching and public speaking and has spoken at various camps and retreats as well as being a presenter and video spokesman for START, an organization that brings awareness to parents about creating a healthy screen/life balance in their families.
Adam graduated from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Theater and completed MAP Seminary with a Master’s in Practical Theology. He lives in Olathe, KS with his wife, Allysa, and their 4 kids: Asher, Ezra, Isaiah and Rosalie.
