Justin is a Professor of Christian Leadership and the Chair of the Department of Leadership and Discipleship at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. His most recent book is entitled Healthy Leadership for Thriving Organizations. Together, Justin and Jason look at some of the relationships between healthy leadership and healthy ministry organizations. Justin also pinpoints some of those elements in our lives as ministry leaders where we may actually think we’re doing better than we are and how we can honestly assess those areas so that we can thrive and help those we’re leading flourish as well.
