Adam Greenfield serves as an Area Ministry Leader at PastorServe, based out of Pompano Beach, Florida. With over 25 years of ministry experience, including serving as a senior pastor, Adam understands both the deep privilege of pastoral leadership and the personal cost that can accompany it. Most recently, he served as Senior Pastor of New Covenant Church, championing a vision of community wholeness rooted in Jeremiah 29:7.

Adam’s own journey through seasons of suffering, unexpected change, and ministry transition has deepened his desire to help leaders lead from a place of spiritual health, honesty, and dependence on Christ. He holds a Master of Divinity from Knox Theological Seminary and brings rich experience in preaching, organizational leadership, and staff development. Above all, Adam delights in creating safe spaces for pastors to be known as whole people, not simply as leaders. Adam and his wife, Nikki, live in South Florida and have been married for 26 years. They have three children and enjoy spending time with family, discovering good food and coffee, and engaging in meaningful conversations with friends
