Andy serves as the regional director—UK & Ireland. An ordained minister in the Free Methodist Church UK & Ireland, he has spent more than 30 years in pastoral leadership in the UK, with 5 years of experience in Colorado Springs, USA. His vocational ministry began within Christian music, where he spent many years pastoring and supporting creatives. Songs he has written have been published, recorded, and sung in churches around the world.

Over time, his ministry calling broadened and deepened, as a growing passion for those serving in pastoral ministry led him into leadership development and ministry coaching across denominations and cultures. Andy has established a ministry in the heart of the UK, dedicated to supporting pastors, ministry leaders, chaplains, and creatives. Through spiritual formation, coaching, and therapeutic care, he walks alongside those in ministry, helping them cultivate sustainable leadership, personal well-being, and deeper spiritual life.

When he’s not walking with others in ministry, you’ll likely find him walking the Warwickshire countryside with his wife, Maxine, enjoying a good book, or cheering on Liverpool F.C.
