Catherine brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to her role as Director of Operations and Human Resources. A licensed Registered Nurse with a clinical background spanning ICU, cardiac, and psychiatric care, she brings a unique perspective to organizational management, blending structured operations with a deep heart for serving people.

At PastorServe, Catherine is responsible for translating organizational goals into supportive, high-functioning workflows. Her background allows her to navigate operational details and human resources compliance, ensuring that core processes are stable and deeply supportive of the organization’s people. Thriving on interpersonal connection, she is passionate about offering direct support to her colleagues and enabling the PastorServe team to do truly meaningful work in their communities.

Originally from Miami, Florida, and a longtime resident of Davidson, NC, Catherine has been married to her husband, Andrew, since 2007, and they are the proud parents of two children. She is an active member of the Storyhill Church community, where she has served over the years on the offering, operations, and events teams, and most recently on the safety and aid team. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, with a particular love for exploring Latin America.
