Fabio Micco serves as Regional Director – Continental Europe at PastorServe, where he focuses on strengthening and supporting pastors and ministry leaders across his region through coaching, encouragement, and leadership development. His work centers on helping leaders grow in health, resilience, and effectiveness so that churches can flourish and fulfill their mission.

As Executive Director for Italy For Christ, Fabio spent many years in leadership development and church planting. Together with his wife, he co-founded and leads a non-denominational church in southern Italy, where they have served as bivocational pastors for several years. In addition to his pastoral work, Fabio has experience in nonprofit leadership, overseeing teams, managing projects, and developing initiatives aimed at discipleship, community impact, and leadership training.

Fabio is deeply passionate about strengthening the Church by investing in leaders. He believes that when pastors are supported, encouraged, and equipped, entire communities can be transformed through healthy and vibrant churches.

Fabio studied in the field of ministry and leadership development and continues to pursue ongoing training in coaching and leadership.

He lives in southern Italy with his wife and their two children. Outside of ministry, Fabio enjoys music and plays piano, often engaging in worship and creative projects.
