Hans serves as Assistant Regional Director, Continental Europe at PastorServe in Italy, where he is passionate about encouraging pastors and ministry leaders and helping strengthen the local church. He cares deeply about seeing leaders flourish in their calling, serve with health and clarity, and build ministries that have lasting impact in their communities.

Before joining PastorServe, Hans served in a variety of ministry and leadership contexts in Italy, including church life, outreach initiatives, discipleship efforts, nonprofit work, and executive support for ministry leaders. He has helped develop projects, coordinate teams and events, and support leaders in turning vision into practical, sustainable action. His heart is to come alongside those who serve others and help provide the encouragement, structure, and support they need to lead well.

Hans studied Applied Theology at IBTI in England and is currently studying Business Management at University. He is also the first Italian financial coach trained through Ramsey Solutions and serves as a financial educator, helping individuals and families build healthier financial foundations.

Hans lives in Brindisi, Italy with his wife Gabriella, and their son Nathan. He enjoys music, teaching, and investing in the next generation.
