Jen Bruni serves as an Area Ministry Leader at PastorServe in the Southeast Region. An Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, Jen brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and deep empathy to her work. She holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University and spent over seven years in project management before dedicating two decades to church leadership, including serving at Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City.

Her understanding of ministry life is rooted in her years of lay leadership and her upbringing as a preacher’s kid. Jen is passionate about coming alongside ministry leaders to cultivate healthy, functional communities. She integrates soul-care training and professional coaching tools to help leaders overcome challenges and experience meaningful growth. After living in New York City for many years, Jen and her husband, Frank, settled in Charleston and are the proud parents of two adult children. In her free time, Jen loves hosting gatherings, reading real books, and organizing just about anything.
