Ken Adams

An accomplished leader and strategist, Ken enjoys driving organizations to create effective and impactful solutions to complex requirements. His career began as an Air Force officer, responsible to the President for strategic nuclear warfare and communications using intercontinental ballistic missiles. Today he brings this unique perspective to create hyper-quality throughout products, services and organizational processes. 

As a trusted expert, Ken’s 35 year commercial career was instrumental in bringing new information technology to the financial services industry. After military service, he joined a startup company specializing in financial services and was pivotal in growing it into a $100+ million multinational operation and went on to serve in sales and organizational leadership roles for several other multinational companies. 

Ken begin his relationship with PastorServe as a member of the Advisory Board for PastorServe’s southeast region and joined the National Board in 2013 where he continued until resigning to accept the role of VP of Mission Advancement in January 2025.

Ken loves the Church and has served as an ordained deacon and ruling elder in the Presbyterian Church in America where he also was a member of the Shepherding Committee for the Northwest Georgia Presbytery.  Ken presently serves as a ruling elder in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church.

Ken holds a BA degree from the University of Minnesota, and an MBA and Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.  He holds professional certifications for multiple technical platforms, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. 

Ken and his wife reside in a suburb of Atlanta, GA when they are not exploring the US from their motorhome.
