Scott Gulledge has been involved in healthcare operations for over 40 years and is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Pivotal Health Care, which was founded 15 years ago. Pivotal manages the properties developed by its sister company, Scenic Development. Scott oversees the operations of all the projects through a management or consulting relationship. His responsibilities include (but are not limited to) contract negotiations, risk management, insurancesecurement, vendor negotiations, and State and Federal compliance. Before joining Pivotal Health Care, Scott served as the Chief Operations Officer of the Tutera Group for 20 years, overseeing the operations of 50–70 facilities at any given time. He has operated homes in as many as 15 states during his tenure with Tutera. 

Scott is a former member of the St. Luke’s South President’s Advisory Board, Illinois Health Care Association President’s Advisory Board, eight years as a Leawood, KS Councilman, and past Board member of Marillac and Cornerstone. His latest positions included Board Member for the Iowa Health Care Association, Pastor Serve, and past Elder Chair for Christ Community Church in Leawood, KS. Scott has been married to Kathleen for 43 years, during which they’ve raised four boys and currently have eight grandchildren.
