Allow Your Pastor To Be Real

Hey. This is Jimmy Dodd with a one-minute pastor word of encouragement.

It’s exhausting to go through life pretending that you’re a lot better than you actually are. Allow your pastor to be real.

Every pastor is going to have strengths and weaknesses. Magnify their strengths. And help them in the areas in which they’re weak.

Jesus Christ came to save sinners. That includes your pastor.

Your pastor needs to have God’s grace just as much as you do. Extend grace to them. Allow them to be real people because that’s absolutely what they are.
