Encourage your pastor to take a risk.
Oftentimes, as a pastor might start to age, they might begin to have a fear of, “If I take a risk and I fail, I could possibly lose my job.” We’ve heard so many stories at PastorServe about pastors that start to take less and less risks because they just have that built-in fear of, “I can’t fail at my age.” Especially if your pastor is starting to age, encourage them to take some risks because we believe as a result of that that there will be tremendous, great advances for God’s kingdom.
