The need to come alongside ministry leaders and provide support, encouragement, and care is continuing to increase. Many pastors feel alone, pressured, restless, overwhelmed, and uncertain as they navigate the challenges of our day. Pastors are checking out, burning out, and even tapping out of ministry altogether, in record numbers.

We serve pastors through personal connection and support, soul care retreats, helpful coaching relationships, ministry consulting, and crisis care.

When pastors are healthy and thriving in their private (backstage) lives and their public (front stage) lives, the Church has a much better chance of being the beacon of hope God created Her to be.
