Dave Walters

Dave draws on his experiences and leadership, coaching, and training skills to serve leaders and organizations. Dave has had over 30 years of experience in nonprofit organizations and ministries as well as the marketplace. He has traveled internationally facilitating strategic planning, training, consulting, and coaching executives and their teams.

Dave and his wife planted a successful church, and he has served in numerous pastoral roles including executive pastor, missions, discipleship, youth, and young adult. Dave is intimately acquainted with the inner workings of ministry organizations and the resources needed to fuel results.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology education from Purdue University and a master’s degree in theology from Grace Seminary. Dave has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been certified as an executive coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
