Lou has been in pastoral ministry for almost 40 years, with experience ranging from church planting in Ohio and Connecticut to pastoring a multi-staff church in Long Beach, California. He loves to help leaders discover their true vocation by asking good questions and listening with attentiveness, all toward the goal of finding the freedom to live as the people God designed them to be. Lou is a graduate of The Ohio State University (BS), Grace Theological Seminary (MDiv) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (DMin). Lou and his wife Laurie live in Long Beach, CA and they are parents of four adult children and one grandchild.
