The lifestyle of “loving God and loving others” has led to a variety of experiences for Stephanie. Her passion for coaching has stemmed from experiences such as majoring in Women’s Ministry, ministry staff roles, and as a pastor’s wife in large and small churches, to leading non-profits and owning multiple businesses. Through roles as CEO of large businesses and many roles as a leader, Stephanie has discovered the most challenging part of leadership is isolation. In joining the team at PastorServe, she loves to support ministry leaders through coaching. Stephanie and her husband Mike have two grown children and enjoy life between Oklahoma and Washington State.
